1/4 cup chicken broth
3 Tablespoons white vinegar
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cup 1/4 inch diagonally - sliced carrots
2 cup 1/4 inch chunks red cabbage
1 cup diagonally - sliced green onions
3 tablespoons chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1/4 cup broth, vinegar, brown sugar, salt and cornstarch in small bowl; set aside. Heat large skillet or wok over high heat until hot; add oil. Add carrots, cabbage and green onions; stir-fry for 1 minute. Stir in 3 tablespoons broth and ginger; cover and reduce heat to medium. Cook until carrots are tender - crisp, for about 4 minutes. Add cornstarch mixture all at once, stirring constantly, until sauce bubbles and thickens. Serve hot or cold.
