romaine lettuce
leaf lettuce
olives (green and ripe)
bell pepper (sliced very thin)
% onion (chopped very thin)
salad peppers
1 pkg Feta cheese

olive oil
red wine vinegar
coarse black pepper 2-3 cloves garlic (minced)

Chop lettuce. Place in large salad bowl. Mix in other ingredients. In small dish mix 1 part olive oil to 3 parts vinegar. Add pepper and garlic. Beat with whisk. Pour over lettuce mixture. Add croutons, if desired.
