1 lb. fresh mushrooms; sliced
1 stick of butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2-3 c. Half & Half
1/2 c. Sherry
1 lb. crabmeat (claw or white)
1 pkg. small egg noddles; cooked
1/2 - 3/4 c. parmesan cheese
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' mushrooms in butter & remove with slotted spoon. Add flour to pan, stirring constantly.
Gradually add Half & Half; Stir until thickened. Add sherry, salt & pepper, crab & mushrooms. Mix crab mixture and noodles. Top with parmesan cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
