1 stick of butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 egg beaten
1 lb. crabmeat
1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Old Bay
1/4 tsp. salt
dash pepper
Bread or crackers crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, stir in flour; add milk stirring constantly until slightly thickened. Add beaten egg to crabmeat and fold into white sauce. Add worcestershire, Old Bay and salt & pepper. Refrigerate until set. Pat into cakes and coat with crumbs. Fry in hot oil or broil until a golden brown.
