3 cups biscuit mix
1 pound bulk pork sausage
4 cups (16 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ cup milk
½ t dried rosemary leaves
½ t parsley leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350*F. Lightly grease bottom and sides of pan.
Stir together all ingredients, using hands or spoon. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place in pan. Bake 20-25 min or until brown. Immediately remove from pan. Serve sauce for dipping.

These are great for holiday parties. You can easily freeze these (cooked) and then pop them in the oven for about 10 minutes when you want some. They are great to have on hand. Add 2-6 drops of Tabasco sauce for a bit of heat. You can also serve yogurt as a dipping sauce.
