2lbs. Armour Pork Sausage (browned and drained)
2 sm. onions, chopped
1 1/2 C. celery, diced
1 large tart apple, peeled and chopped
1/4 lb. butter
2 lb bag dried bread cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Saute vegetables in butter until tender. Add sausage, apple, bread crumbs. Add enough turkey or chicken broth until moist. Warm through in buttered casserole or crock pot.

G'ma Fran adds 4 cups cooked wild rice and 1 cup dried cranberries (craisins). Way back when chicken broth wasn't available, G'ma Martha used chicken noodle soup for the moisture in the stuffing.
