Personal Notes:
This reciped was Anna Christensen Gelhaus's. It was passed to her daughter Stella (sister of Grandma Florence), and then to Sharon Yanke Tourdot (daughter of Aunt Bernice, who is a sister to Grandma Florence and Aunt Stella). I got it from Sharon when I asked her for any recipe's that Grandma Gelhaus might have had. The recipe above is all that I got from Sharon. So I guess if it is like most cakes it has to be bake a half hour, and in a greased 13 x 9 pan. Wish we knew what she used for frosting.
