1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 cup mayo
1 package Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, chopped
3 green onions, chopped

Squeeze spinach dry. Mix with remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
