12 large cabbage leaves
1/4 c milk
1 egg beaten
1/2 c minute tapioca
1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 c chopped onion
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 (8 oz) tomato sauce
1/4 c water
1 tsp Worcestershire
2 Tbsp firmly packed brown sugar

Directions:
Cook cabbage leaves in boiling water for about 3 minutes or till limp, drain well. Mix milk and egg stir in tapioca. Combine beef, onion, parsley, salt and pepper. Add milk mixture, mix well. Divide meat mixture evenly on cabbage leaves; fold sides and ends of leaves over meat. Place in shallow baking dish. Combine tomato sauce, water, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce, pour over cabbage rolls. Cover, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Baste with sauce. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes longer.
