2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
1 cup cooking oil
1 can (18 oz) sweet potatoes
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º grease and flour a 12 cup bundt cake pan.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and beat with mixer on low speed until well blended. about 3 minutes.
Pour into pan. Bake until knife comes out clean about 60-70 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool completely and dust with powdered sugar or a glaze
