1 c. all-purpose flour
2 tbs. sugar
1/2 c. cold butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
FILLING:
1 8oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
1 c. confectioner's sugar
1 12 oz. carton whipped topping, divided
4 c. cold milk
3 pkgs. (3.4 oz. each) instant banana cream pudding mix

Directions:

In a bowl, combine flour and sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in the pecans. Press into a greased 13 in. X 9 in. X 2 in. baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Take out and let cool.
In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and confectioner's sugar until smooth; fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread over crust. In a bowl, whisk milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes; let stand for 2 minutes or until slightly firm. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining whipped topping. Refrigerate overnight.
