2 cloves garlic--crushed
1 TBSP crushed coriander
1/2 TBSP cracked black pepper
1 TBSP Brown Sugar
3 TBSP Soy sause

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients.
Marinate pork or beef for 30 minutes. The longer you marinate, the more tender the pork.
