1 large box potato buds
1 pint of sour cream
1 package cream cheese
1 cube butter
Directions:
Directions:
use amount of water as directed on box
add sour cream, cream cheese and butter.
cook until cream cheese is melted and just starting to boil.
in Large bowl put potato buds. pour milk and water mixture over buds and stir to mix. Cover and let sit for 5 minutes. uncover and stir until lumps are gone. place in pyrex dish and cover. serve or can be reheated in oven if made ahead of time.
