White Rice:
2 lbs of white rice
½ cup vegetable oil
½ teaspoon of salt
4 cups of water

Red Kidney Beans:
3 ½ cups of water
¼ teaspoon salt
3 cups of red kidney beans (drained)
½ stalk of celery
1 tablespoon of oil
¼ teaspoon cilantro
2 cloves of garlic (minced) 1 teaspoon parsley
1 small onion
1 chicken bouillon cube
½ teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon tomato paste
½ cup chopped green pepper

Oven Fried Chicken:
Chicken Pieces
2 or 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 or 2 tbsp All purpose seasoning
2 or 3 cups of white flour
1/2 cup Oil

Directions:
Directions:
White Rice:
Heat salt and oil in large caldron. Add water. When mixture is boiling, add rice. When liquid mixture is soaked into rice, turn flame to LOW and let cook for 20 minutes.

Red Kidney Beans:Break up bouillon cube and mix with ½ cup of hot water until dissolves. Lightly simmer oil, garlic, onion, green pepper, oregano, cilantro, salt, parsley, chicken bouillon mixture, and tomato paste in pot. Add remaining water and beans. Allow to cook until hot and well seasoned.

Oven Fried Chicken:
Dissolve chicken bouillon cube in ½ cup hot water. Mix bouillon, garlic, oil and all purpose seasoning. Marinate chicken in mixture for at least 15 minutes. Coat chicken pieces with flour and bake on greased pan at 375º for 1 hour.
