1/2 c. butter or margarine (softened)
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tarter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

2 tbsp sugar + 2 tbsp cinnamon
Directions:

Heat oven to 400º - mix thrououghly;

butter
shortening
sugar
eggs

Blend in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda & salt.

Shape dough by rounding tsps into balls.

Mix sugar + cinnamon, roll balls in mixture - place 2 in. apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
