1 1/2 cups cashews (soaked in filtered water for 1/2 hour)
1 1/2 T honey
2/3 cup filtered water

Directions:
Directions:
Place cashew in blender with 1/3 of the filtered water and thehoney, turn on blender and slowly ad just enought water to allow the blades to whip the cashew smooth. You will want to achieve a thick pudding line consistency at first. this allows the nuts to blend into a smoth, satiny consistency. Once achieved you are now ready to pour the remainder of the water and blend for 30 seconds more.
