celery salt, salt, pepper, margarine
diced celery and onion,water

GRAVY: shake 3/4 cup water with 1/4-1/2 cup flour in shaker.
Place chicken drippings in sauce pan, bring to a slow boil. Then slowly stir in flour mixture as it boils. Salt to taste.

Directions:

Sprinkle salt, pepper, and celery salt on chicken broil 10 minutes to brown the chicken.
Place chicken in corning ware with diced celery and onion. Add water to the bottom of the pile of chicken

Cook at 350º 45 min.-1 hour
