Ingredients:  
2 cans (60z) concentrated frozen fruit juice (or use juice from fresh fruits)
2 1/2 - 5 cups sugar (depending on taste and tartness of fruit)
1 yeast cake
Mix water (enough to make 1 gallon with fruit, yeast and sugar).

Directions:
Directions:
Mix above ingredients and pour into 1 gallon jug. Place large balloon on top of jug and leave for 21 days, then take off balloon and pour ingredients off slowly to leave sediment (remove and throw out). Pour back into 1 gallon jug after removing sediment and replace balloon. Leave 3 more days. Bottle and chill, if preferred and/or serve at room temperature.
