Melt in iron skillet: 1 stick margarine; add 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 egg, ½ teaspoon vanilla, and ½ cup pecans. Mix in skillet and bake @ 350° until brown. When done cut in squares.
