2 cans 20 oz. pineapple chunks (drained & reserve juice)
1 cups sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
Mix together: 1 cup sugar
6 Tablespoons flour
7 Tablespoons pineapple juice
Topping:
1 cup margarine (melted)
1 cup crushed cheese crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except topping mixture) and pour into casserole dish.
Place topping over mixture and bake 30 minutes in 350º oven.

This is very good served with baked ham.
I served it to Scott and Julie and they thought it was too sweet. (I don't think so)
