4 slices white bread
4 eggs
½ lb sharp cheese
½ tsp salt
1 pint milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cut crusts from bread. Butter one of both sides of bread and cut into small pieces. Grate cheese. Combine all ingredients and let stand in soufflé dish over night in refrigerator. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until brown and crusty, and set. (Should not look watery). Serve immediately
