1 c. wild rice
1 7 oz. can Mushroom bits and pieces
3 tbs Bacon Bits
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbs veg. oil
2 eggs (beaten)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook wild rice according to package directions. Remove from stove and cool in whatever liquid remains.

Saute mushrooms, bacon bits and onion in veg. oil
Drain rice.

Beat eggs and add to cool rice. Add sauteed ingredients.
Place in 350 degree oven for approx. 30 min. (Egg should be cooked but mixture should be moist)
