3 eggs
1 c. white corn syrup
2 T. margarine
pinch of salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2-1/2 c. pecan halves

Directions:
Combine eggs and sugar. Beat until fluffy. Add remainder of ingredients. Pour into 2 unbaked shells (small) and bake according to pie shell instructions. (45-50 minutes @ 350º)
