2 T. instant coffee powder
¼ c. sugar
dash salt
whipped cream
1 c. water
3 c. milk
2 1-oz squares unsweetened chocolate

Directions:
In saucepan, combine all ingredients except milk; stir over low heat till chocolate melts. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. When piping hot, remove from heat and beat with rotary beater till frothy. Pour into cups and top with dollops of whipped cream. Serves 6.
