2 c. sugar
2 sticks margarine
1 box Angel Flake coconut
1 box (12-oz) Vanilla Wafers (roll)
1 c. chopped pecans
6 eggs
1/2 c. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and mix. Mix coconut, wafers, and pecans in a mixing bowl. Add mixture alternately with milk. Mix by hand. Une a tube pan with wax paper. Bake 1 1/2 hours @ 300º. Keeps indefinitely.
