2 sticks margarine
2 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
6 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, sugar and eggs. Add flour and beat with mixer until smooth. Add vanilla and pour into greased floured angel food cake pan. Bake @ 350º for 1 hour. May add 2-3 c. chopped pecans to make a nut cake. May add 2 mashed bananas to make banana cake. May add both to make banana/nut cake.
