1 package yellow cake mix
1 c. water
1 package instant lemon pudding mix
% c. oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions:
Combine cake mix and pudding mix, add water, oil and eggs. Beat for 2 minutes (until smooth). Pour into two 9. cake pans and bake for 40 minutes at 350º (High altitudes add % c. flour and bake @ 375º).

Frosting for Coconut Cake

1 package fluffy white frosting mix (6% oz)
1 tub marshmallow cream (9 oz)
1 c. flaked coconut

Mix frosting according to directions; Add marshmallow cream. Beat until frosting forms peaks. Sprinkle cake with coconut.
