Knead Dough For At Least 10 Minutes – Let Dough Stand Covered For Another 10 Minutes– Then Knead For Another 5 TO 10 Minutes– Roll Out To Form Rings.

BEST TO PUT ONE TRAY IN FIRST THEN WHEN SECOND TRAY IS READY, PUT THE FIRST TRAY ON TOP RACK OF OVEN – THEY TAKE A LONG TIME TO COOK. TAKE OUT WHEN DARK BROWN.
THESE ARE SMALL HARD BREADS THAT CAN BE DIPPED IN OLIVE OIL AND SERVED AS AN APPETIZER.
