Mississippi Mud Cake Recipe

2 sticks margarine (melted)
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
4 eggs
1/4 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1 jar Marshmallow Creme

Mix ingredients and bake in a greased sheet cake pan for 30-40 minutes @ 350. Remove from oven and spread a jar of Marshmallow Creme over the top while cake is still hot. Cool completely. Cover with frosting mix.

Mississippi Mud Cake Icing

1/2 cup cocoa
1 box powdered sugar 1 stick margarine (melted)
1 t vanilla
1/3 cup evaporated milk

Mix together and spread over cake.
