Ingredients:	Ingredients: 3 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 3 eggs (beaten) 1 1/2 c. oil 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 8-oz can crushed pineapple, undrained 2 c. chopped pecans, divided 2 c. chopped bananas

Directions:	Directions: Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl; add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, 1 cup chopped nuts and bananas. Spoon batter into 3 well-greased and floured 9. cake pans. Bake @ 350º for 25-30 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pans and cool completely. Spread cream cheese frosting below between layers and on top and sides of cake. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup pecans. Cream Cheese Frosting 2 8-oz pkg cream cheese (softened) 1 cup margarine (softened) 2 16-oz pkg powdered sugar (8 cups) 2 t vanilla extract Combine cream cheese and butter; cream until smooth. Add powdered sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Stir in vanilla.
