1 pkg instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
1/4. c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. cold milk
1 8-oz container Cool Whip (thawed)

Directions:
Combine pudding mix, sugar and milk in small bowl. Beat slowly with rotary beater or low speed of electric mixer about 1 minute until well blended. Wait about 5 minutes then fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cake at once and refrigerate. Makes enough for 2 9. layers.
