1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 T. margarine
2/3 c. milk
2 c. flour
3 T. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg and sugar till light; add milk, melted margarine and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients. Add liquid mixture and dry mixture and blend well together. Bake @ 375º for 45 minutes in greased and floured cake pan. Use marshmallow or chocolate icing.
