1 cup raw Brazil nuts, soaked 2 hours or more
4 cups pure water
1/4 cp agave nectar or raw honey
2 T coconut butter or coconut oil
1 T vanilla extract
1 T lecithin (optional, but adds creaminess)
pinch of sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a high speed blender, blend the nust and water on high speed for about 2 minutes. Strain mylk. Rinse blender and place mylk back in blender along with remaining ingredients. Blend to combine thoroughly.
Variation: Chocolate Mylk add 3 heaping T or cocoa powder or carob powder.
Strawberry Mylk add 1 pint of washed and stemmed strawberries.
