1 cup raw almonds, soaked 4 hours or more
4 cups pure water
1/4 cup agave nectar or raw honey
1 T lecithin (optional, adds creaminess)
pinch of sea salt
few drops of natural almond extract (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a high speed blender, blend the nuts and water on high speed for about 2 minutes. Strain through nut mylk bag. Rinse the blender and place mylk back in blender with remaining ingredients. Blend to combine thoroughly.
