1/2 lb Italian sausage
red pepper flakes
1 chopped onion
2-3 rashers bacon, cut into matchsticks
1 cup chicken stock
1-2 cups water
1 large potato, thinly sliced
handful torn, fresh spinach
3/4 cup half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble and brown sausage with pepper flakes in a saucepan; drain and set aside. Add onion and bacon to pan, cook and then add chicken stock and water.

Add sliced potato and simmer until tender. Add sausage and spinach and cook 5 minutes. Stir in half and half and heat through.
