1 lb. ground beef
3 medium onions, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can of hot water
1/2 c. raw rice
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 can Chinese noodles
3 T. butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in broken pieces. Saute celery and onions in butter and add rice, soups, water and soy sauce to meat and vegetables. Bake covered for 1/2 hour at 350º and then uncover for 1/2 hour. Add noodles to top and bake additional 15 minutes at 275º.
