2 pkgs. frozen petite brussel sprouts
1/3 cup water
3-4 slices cooked bacon
1/2 cup chopped or sliced pecans
6 tbsp butter
Directions:
Directions:
Place brussel sprouts and water in large microwaveable bowl and microwave for approx. 8 minutes or until done. Set aside.
Cook bacon in skillet till crunchy. Set cooked bacon on papertowel to drain. Pour off remaining bacon drippings and add butter and pecans to skillet. Saute until pecans are slightly browned. Crumble bacon and add to pecans and butter mixture. Place brussel sprouts in festive dish and pour pecan, bacon mixture over the sprouts and mix until sprouts are coated. Serve warm. Enjoy!
