1 stick butter or margarine
1 cup flour
1/2 cup nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powered sugar
2 tubs of cool whip
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg instant chocolate pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine, flour, and nuts. Put in a 9 x 13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Combine cream cheese,powered sugar, and 1 tub of cool whip. Put into the cooled crust mixture. Beat till thick 2 small pkgs of instant pudding.(mix pudding with 3 cups milk)
Spread chocolate pudding on top of white mixture, then spread vanilla pudding on top of chocolate.
Top with last container of cool whip.
Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
