3 large apples - diced
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 1/4 cup cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup dates
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add sugar, oil & vanilla. Sift & measure flour..Sift dry ingredients together, then fold in dates, nuts and apples. Pour into greased & floured bundt pan. Bake at 325º for 1 1/2 hours.
Let cool to touch (pan) before placing on cake plate.
(NOTE: Batter will be very thick)
