Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1- 1/2 lbs lean ground beef (fried and crumbled, drain grease)
2-3 carrots, peeled and sliced thin
2-3 potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
1 large onion, cut in half and sliced thin
2 cans Campbells tomato soup, undiluted.

Directions:
Directions:
Layer half of the meat on bottom of casserole dish. Put sliced carrots on top of meat, then put sliced potatpes on carrots, then put sliced onion. Put remaining ground beef on top and spoon tomato soup on top of meat (if I make it this way I only use 1 can tomato soup). Season with Lawry's season salt, or any other spice you like as you are layering. Bake uncovered in 350 oven for 1 hour, then uncover and bake for another 15 min or so, until vegatables are tender.
* Another alternative to this recipe is to mix EVERYTHING together after browning the meat (if I make it this way I use 2 can tomato soup) and put in dish to bake. This taste just as good!
