Raw potatoes, thinly sliced
Salt
Raw onions, sliced
Raw carrots, sliced
1/4 cup uncooked rice
1 tin canned peas (with liquid)
1 lb. farmer sausage
1 tin tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
In 9 inch greased casserole, put about 1/2 inch layer of thinly sliced potatoes. And a little salt, a thin layer sliced onions, then sliced carrots. Sprinkle with uncooked rice. Add peas with liquid. On top, put farmer sausage strips. Pour tomato soup diluted with tin of water over top of casserole. Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350º. Turn meat over; bake 1 hour more
