1/4 c soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
3 Tbsp honey
1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 Tbsp white or red vinegar
2 green onions sliced thin (opt)
1/2 to 3/4 c salad oil
1 flank steak

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all marinade ingredients together. Place steak in plastic bag, pour marinade over. Marinate at least 4 hours, better if left overnight. Slice meat thin and put on bamboo skewers that have been soaked in water; put under broiler for 3 minutes per side. Or lay whole steak flat on foil, and broil, turning once. Or cook on grill outside. Serve with rice.
