3 large eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1 large apple
3 T. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 T. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs for 5 minutes. Continue to beat while adding the flour. Continue beating, add milk. Using 2 T. butter, cover bottom and sides of a pie pan. Sprinkle bottom of the pan with brown sugar, sliced apple, cinnamon and white sugar. Dot with 1T. butter. Pour batter over apples and bake 15 minutes at 425º. Decrease heat to to 350º and bake another 15 minutes. Puffs up as it bakes.
Remove from oven and turn over onto a large plate. Serve with butter and syrup
