1 cup fresh orange juice
zest of one orange
1/2 cup sugar or more to taste
1/4 cup Grand Marnier, if desired
Toasted pecans, if desired

Directions:
Wash and pick through cranberries, discarding any that are discolored or yellow. Place orange juice, zest, sugar and cranberries in a medium tall saucepan. Cook gently over low medium heat until the berries have all popped and sauce thickens. Cook down to desired consistency and taste. Add sugar if needed, but I like the sauce a little tart. Add Grand Marnier last and cook down once more. Cool, then refrigerate or serve at room temperature. May be may several days ahead of time and kept in covered jar. Will keep for two weeks in refrigerator.
