3/4 cup cornmeal (I always use yellow)
1 1/4 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
3/4 cup melted oleo
3 beaten eggs
1/3 cup molasses

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, measure cornmeal, flour, sugar, salt & baking powder. Mix well and add milk & melted oleo (margarine), slowly add beaten eggs. Stir only to blend (don't over stir will make it tough).
Pour into 9 x 13 pan
Bake 425º oven 20 minutes or until brown on top
