2 lbs. tiny red potatoes (washed & cut into bite size chunks)
olive oil
5 slices bacon (cooked crisp & crumbled)
1 small Vidalia onion
1/2 cup ranch dressing

Directions:

©Place potatoes into zip lock bag & add one capful of olive oil
Shake to coat
Spread in even layer on baking sheet. Bake at 450 º for 45 minutes. Add bacon, onions & ranch.
Serve warm....Enjoy
