1/2 C sugar
1/2 C powdered sugar
1/2 C oil
1/2 C butter
Mix:
1 egg
3/4 tsp. Almond extract
Mix:
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 1/4 C flour plus 1 T
Directions:
Directions:
Chill in freezer for 20 minutes
Roll into small balls and dip into sugar
Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and flatten with a cup
Bake @ 350º for approximately 10 minutes
