1 lb. rigatoni, penne or other
homemade tomato sauce
1/2 lb. part skim ricotta
2 T. chopped fresh basil
1/4 c. grated parmesan
or pecorino cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the pasta to al dente. Cook the tomato sauce. Mix a little tomato sauce with the ricotta in a bowl, then coat the macaroni. Add the rest of the tomato sauce and basil. Serve with grated cheese.
