1/4 lb butter
1/4 lb margarine
1/2 c sugar or 1/4 c Splenda for baking
1/4 c corn starch
1 tbsp rice flour
1 3/4 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Cream butter, margarine and sugar (or Splenda) together in large bowl. Add cornstarch and rice flour. Mix well. Sift in flour until mix is somewhat crumbly. Press into 9" cake pan with heel of hand. Press firmly. Bake for 45-60 min until lightly browned.

This is absolutely delicious and melts in your mouth. The recipe was given me by a Scottish woman who makes it every Christmas for her friends and relations.
