1 cup meal
1 cup flour
2 tsps. sugar
3 tsps. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsps. oil
1 egg
1 cup milk

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together thouroghly and pour into hot greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until done.
